Banquet Reservations
August 1, 2008 - The banquet is limited to 300 people so once 300 is reached, a waiting list will be started.
Hotel Block Reservations
July 25, 2008 - Room block will be released or when the block is full.
Transportation & Parking at Show
Transportation to the show motel from the DFW Airport is provided by the Hilton Inn. Please check for transportation stations in the baggage claim.
Transportation to and from the Hilton Inn to the Show Hall will be available at a nominal fee.
Parking is available at the Arlington Convention Center. The cost is $5.00 a day, payable at the time you enter the parking lot.
